Understanding the stress that can be associated with purchasing a home, Tad Wentzell decided to create an independent mortgage bank focused on serving the needs of today’s homebuyer and real estate professionals.

Since entering the mortgage industry in 2008, Tad has managed and originated for large FDIC banks, regional correspondent mortgage lenders, and mortgage brokers. With this experience behind him Tad realized that there was a need for a better home financing experience and with this in mind, Home Access Financial was created.

Starting as a small mortgage brokerage, Home Access Financial has grown to become one of the premier independent mortgage banks in Florida focused on the home buying experience. As a result of Tad’s leadership Home Access Financial has a deep sense of integrity, a strong focus on communication, and a deep desire to do whatever is best for our client’s needs every single day.
 

On a personal note, Tad is originally from New Hampshire and moved to Florida to attend the University of South Florida. Immediately after completing his business degree while majoring in Finance, Tad entered the mortgage industry. While at USF, Tad met his wife and Alli and they now live in Riverview, FL with their two children.
